Wasn't worth it to me both in undergrad and grad school. My parents wanted to go so I went through the motions, but I easily could have skipped it.

I wanted to skip HS graduation too actually.

It's up to you man.

My family wanted to be there for the event when I graduated, if it weren't for that I would have just skipped it. >.> They sent us the actual degrees in the mail anyway. What they presented us at the commencement was just for show.

And if you go to a large main campus there are too many people to even announce and hand a fake degree to on stage so they just ask all graduates to rise then everyone gets drunk /end ceremony

That's pretty much where I'm at. My parents would probably want to go but... Honestly I'm so embarrassed of taking that long I just don't want to even acknowledge it.

I would just go for your parents.

At least you're not my acquaintance who majored in History for like 7 years then dropped out without graduating.
