I am supposed to switch them every 9 days, I had an electric toothbrush I used before but had to switch to a regular one because it hurt too much. lww99 04/02/21 9:51:37 AM #9:	never used Invisalign. I had braces, but it was pretty similar. The first couple days after getting the wire tightened, always sucked.
