I haven't tried to break Skyrim though like I did to morrowind. I made me character so op that I could survive icarian flight scrolls and Almalexia couldn't detect me even though she was ranting at me pre-fight. She just wandered around the room. The heavy armor glove damage perk is essential. I partially offhand restoration at times, when I need to. The only real downside is leveling is harder because I'm not getting weapon skill levels, and range can be an issue. Recently recruited vampire chick though and she seems to be pretty effective as a follower (gotta research ideal gear) and in a handful of more levels will upgrade her skills.
