Why do people have to repost other people's thoughts like a hivemind without even stopping to think if it's silly or true? Like yeah, it fits with the agenda side im in...I'll mindlessly share it and take it as truth. Man I hate social media.

While fat shaming and orthorexia are both really bad -- I think this is trying a little too hard. You can be cognizant of health and aware without being overbearing or problematic about it. The last example literally doesn't even make sense; there's no shaming going on by assigning a positive attitude towards vegetables.

there's nothing wrong with being blunt, insofar as it's tactful, impartial (within reason for the latter), and explained in such a manner where the reasoning is understood

talking down to kids is counterproductive; it's never too early to set them on the road to compounding knowledge

i would say 90% of time none of these are a big deal, but EDs are a much, much, much more common thing in young women than you'd think. this isn't protecting the obese girls like you are thinking it does, it protects the girls that are already skinny but think they're fat
