I had to Google to confirm what you meant. As far as manufactured pop stars go - I can respect the talent that goes into fabricating their personas, writing catchy songs, etc. and I'm sure sometimes they're naturally attractive and/or talented. But I did grow up in the punk/hardcore scene and kind of have an aversion towards the concepts of celebrity of idolatry; I personally could never get wrapped up in the culture, and I definitely wouldn't kowtow to them if I ever had to interact with them or their fanbases.
If you were referring to idols like daruma dolls then I think that shit's cool, and I'm always interested in folklore and local myth.

I feel the same way. Aside from beating For the King awhile back - I can't tell you the last time I finished a game. I went about 2/3 of the way through DQ11 like 2 years ago, more recently I played Borderlands: The presequel and made it about 2/3 of the way through, replayed DQMJ2 and got about 2/3 of the way through, etc.
The only thing I can get into anymore are gatcha games.
Maybe depression? Disenfranchisement? I know that with how widespread gaming communities are nowadays perfection is kind of necessitated in gaming and kind of ruins the experience. I remember thinking I was a fantastic Tetris, Worms, Tetris Attack, Super Puzzle Fighter, etc. player but then I'd go online with similar games and get destroyed by Korean and Chinese players. I just don't have the determination to play at the same level that other people do that play nonstop, like Chinese farmers in games. Even when playing offline it makes me feel like I need to savescum or min-max and it completely ruins the fun -- and games that require skill I just get discouraged watching/playing against experts.

I guess it tastes better than mayo. I haven't used it in forever, though. I tend to avoid all full-fat dairy products and they kind of repulse me a bit. I only ever use mayo or Miracle Whip if it's on something I'm getting when I'm eating out -- and even then I ask for less than the normal amount.

I get moderated on here way too much. I'm unphased by it at this point. I can't even tell you how many 3kl and temporary bans I've had over the last decade.

I only really wear Levi 511's mostly. I used to wear girl jeans back in the early '00s before skinny jeans were available to men without paying exorbitant amounts of money. But when I'm at home I never wear pants -- I actually don't have any on right now.

yeah i do feel a bit down lately

maybe thats just sapping the energy
