I played all the campaigns of every COD I missed out on since then and enjoyed most of them. They always gotta take away control from you every 30 seconds so that they force you to look at the stuff they're gonna blow up. Like if we could control our character we'd just be looking in the wrong direction all confused. I made that up. I don't actually know why they do that, but it fuckin sucks.
