I'm basically going to have to try sleeping by 9 PM every night since I got my schedule changed to early morning. What's the best way to get to sleep without meds or anything like that? Most of those don't even work for me anyway.

I was thinking about just staying up all night on my final closing shift and sleeping that night.

Yeah, a hard reset is what I was going to suggest as well. You don't have time for anything more gradual.

Conversely, you could get a partial night's sleep that first day and try sleeping at the normal time the next night. Or you could just try sleeping less. I've been going on maybe 3-4 hours of sleep a day for decades.

Closing is 1-10 so that's impossible. That's why I figured I would just stay up all night. I was thinking of buying two Bangs but I don't want to risk my health like that. So I'll just get one and go from there.
