They're not supposed to discharge firearms just to disable people. So in theory rubber bullets shouldn't be necessary. If a cop is allowed to own a gun so am I imo because we are both citizens and have the same rights. Or vice versa. It's about the same playing field. I wish people could move past that in ways but I also understand why. People lie and so do cops. It would be great if they didn't or even assume that and even if they do and people could deal with the truth. Why should cops be allowed to do criminal things? Same iwth doctors and the whole system as far as jailing and drugging people and everything else. There are better ways. And sometimes people don't know what they are doing regardless of if they have a certificate or a badge That's just unfortunate. Or lawyers for that matter. Some people are just assholes and that's the reality of it. Why it's ridiculous we are selling guns to other countries. It's about money.
