It's either Nectar or Ambrosia and I think Nectar is better more frequently. Though I do love gambling with Ambrosia if I already have a good core boon.

Always my favorite of the NPC rooms. There's not really a go-to option here and it really depends on your build. If you have a lot of rares and epics, it's Ambrosia. If you haven't gotten a lot of poms, I'd take Pom. I know some people like Nectar, but I don't usually pick that one too often. Maybe if you're going for a Zeus build and you haven't picked up the Jolt boon yet or something similar that needs revving up.

I missed Sisyphus yesterday. Obol's definitely what I always pick nowadays (and Bouldy!), but Darkness is probably the right choice from a more all-encompassing view. If you have Dark Regeneration, it also functions as health!

This is one of the few random things you can savescum, which I often end up doing. <_<

Ambrosia is usually my first choice, unless I don't have anything good, in which case I'll generally go Nectar (or savescum to Pom if Ambrosia gives me crap).

If you've got the epic rarity chance upgrade from the mirror, then Ambrosia Delight is the answer here. Going to Heroic rarity on your boons you've already obtained and pommed up from Tartarus makes your runs insanely fast because you can maul everyone.

If you don't have that, just depends on how many boons you have and how many poms you've gotten. I practically never touch Pom Porridge if I have the Pom Blossom as my keepsake.

Basically, there's far more situations where I'd probably grab the Ambrosia Delight.
