Not bored enough to think up great details, but here's the gist.
There's only like 60 to 80 ethnicities, but there are now around 50 different humanoid races (Minotaur, Hobbit, Kitsune, Harpy, Vampire, ect).
There's 144 kountries/kingdoms. Each ruled by an immortal queen.
DBZ-esque fusion exists and is not limited to two individuals, but such is difficult, rare, and a bigger step towards impossible with every additional member... Unless you're a queen.
On top of there being thousands of kombinations with their own looks, personalities, and abilities, all 144 queens are able to fuse into 1 goddess. The bride of the god king.
If somehow a queen becomes korrupted, the god king will strip away her immortality and position. She will begin to age again and a new queen from her kingdom will be chosen.
