kg88222 05/13/21 6:25:33 PM #7:	The grind of IT can get repetitive after a while. I don't hate my job though. I think management is better because I more hate IT. I like problem solving and figuring things out but IT can get very repetitive. especially at the lower end. Because you are locked into certain tasks. Living in Southern California, the pay I get from the underfunded schools doesn't allow me to afford much (or, to some mortgage lenders, anything) in the overpriced area. Theres virtually no turnover at the office I work out of, although some of the city carrier assistants they hire just before Christmas dont last the season, if you can make it through your first December youre pretty much in the clear since the first one is just impossible to prepare for. I'm just bored of it, I've worked everywhere and I've done everything I know how to do all the roles and have nothing to push me to be better so I just coast at work. I'm also at max pay so I have even less motivation to work towards anything cause I ain't getting another raise. Anything from foxes, opossums, minks, hawks, all kinds of animals.
