Cartoon Network didn't have much going for them in the 90s. CN - shows with a bit more substance, and usually more plot-heavy. more mature themes, drama, diversity, inclusion. Disney - still trying to make teen pop culture icons, I guess? I don't know if I know anything currently on Disney besides Ducktails. Their cartoons are better than their live stuff, though, by a mile.
