It wasn't crab meat, it was kind of like a paste. I just saw some at the store and threw it in. I was going to put ham in it, but I wanted to try something new, and I f'n loved it. Still have a bunch left. Everyone at work came back for seconds and asked me how to make it

The only haters are here, everyone IRL loved it as well. I'm an awesome cook, tbh

It was cheesy potatoes with a sauce that tasted a bit like crab. It was really good. But yea, my cooking never looks goods, lol. That's why I just give it away, lol

• Spray crock pot with non-stick stuff
• Cut up a bunch of potatoes. I used the small ones and cut them into 4. Used 3 bags. But you can use frozen, sliced up ones to save time
• Throw them in. Add a few cups of cheese. I used the Mexican Blend which is Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Queso Quesadilla, and Asadero mixed together
• 2 cans of Cream Of [Broccoli, Chicken, Mushroom, whatever you like]
• 2 cans of that Diced Crab
• 1 normal thing of sour cream
• Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, you know the seasoning you like
• Stir/mix

I cooked it for about 6 hours, but it was done before that. The only thing you have to wait for is the potatoes to get soft and the cheese to melt.

I would probably make with half cream of broccoli and half cream of mushroon, and substitute in scallions instead of onions since I can't handle onions. Definitely garlic powder and pepper, a bit of cayenne or chili. Sounds delicious. Good combination of ingredients.

Yeah, you can mix it up and do lots with it. I went to the store with the intention of making it with jack fruit or tofu because there are a lot of vegans at my work, but I saw the crab and I just had to try it out, lol

The store I went to has a lot of fun meat I have never tried before like goat, so I'm going to go back there next week since they have a bunch of cool sea food and I'm going to make a sea food stew. Well, maybe not if it's too hot.
