When roughly will I start feeling like death? I feel a little chilly but that's about it so far

It took about 24 hours or so to hit me; same with my wife.

I have really disturbing symptoms, the general splitting headache and severe fatigue. However I feel really confused and dehydrated, and the worst thing was in the middle of the night almost all of my muscles tightened up, my ankles hurt so bad that I couldn't even walk and had to make a makeshift walker.

That's weird. All the other symptoms are pretty normal.
