Current Events > anyone else get like, crazy heart palpitations after drinking (instant)coffee

i had two cups of shitty instant coffee this morning, and i always use like 2-3 times the amount of coffee crystals, and this doesnt always happen but pretty much during and after drinking i will have near constant, VERY mildly painful heart palpitations for the rest of the day. its been about 9 hours and i can feel my heart just.......wiggling around in there. its unpleasant but it happens often enough that its normal

my circulatory system will feel like its about to burst and Im gonna have a stroke or some shit, I get twisting and cracking sensations in my head

Wow. Why dont you stop?

Does it feel like your heart stops for half a second then the next beat is like a hard pump then goes back to normal?

You might be sensitive to caffeine and other stimulants.

Is it only with instant coffee?

i havent been on adderall in a billion years but i definitely dont remember that happening back when i was on it

yep. ive been having these heart palpitations for many years, im very familiar with how it feels. doesnt mean i enjoy it tho

im not entirely sure...........i havent had real coffee in a long time but i dont recall this happening with like, starbucks or whatever
