Hundreds of Men and Boys named JOSH along with others not named josh including some heifers showed up in NEBRASKA to battle it out with pool noodles for the right to keep their name after one Josh challenged others on facebook message that went viral last year It started in 2020 when Arizona College Student, Josh Swain sent a message to a group of other men with the same name to challenge them in a fight..and one year later even in this pandemic in April 2021, grown men and boys named Josh actually showed up to fight each other Though only 2 Josh Swains showed up, most people who attended in fact had the name Josh. The Josh Swains duked it out with a game of rock, paper and scissors before chaos ensued The winner of the fight by default was 5 y/o who was only named "Little Josh" according to KLKN reporter, Yousef Nasser who was given a Burger King crown and lifted up to a cheering crowd The original message written by Josh Swain said "you're probably wondering why i gathered you all here" as another Josh Swain said "because we all share the same names?" He said "Precisely, 4/24/2021 12:00pm, meet at these coordinates (40.82232856, -96.7982002) we fight, whoever wins get to keep the name, everyone else has to change their name, you have a year to prepare, good luck" Knowyourmeme, a database for viral content noted the GPS coordinates which lead to Lincoln airport and was later registered as "Josh fight"... Over the last year Josh's have continued to remind other Josh's on this date but it hit a snag when the original person who started it said he DIDN'T want any part of it anymore Then a picture was posted of a shipping pallet that said "No Josh Fight Here!! Private Property. Please go to Bowling Lake Park for Josh vs Josh vs Josh" Josh Swain, the original finally confirmed the event and got back on board and said it would happen at Air Park Green Area He said at the time "Almost one year ago, under a spell of pandemic boredom, i made a group chat of all the people i could find with the same first and last name as mine. This was a complete joke, and i haev posted jokes on twitter before, but when i posted the the screenshots on twitter here, the interent ran with it and ran with enough endurance for all to remember. That doesn't happen very often so i'm afraid i have to oblige the internet and trek all the way to across the contiguous United States to defend my name" He picked the random coordinates at first on a random farm owner's land who did not agree to host such a RIDICULOUS event so he officially named an official one which ended up fun according to those showed up cause they raised money for Children's Hospital and then said made another joke fundraiser to help fund to change his name...even though all these Josh's are now friends.
