I've started eating cereal again for the first time in years but I don't want to drink cow milk.

The only thing like that I've had is chocolate pea milk and that was good.

You say cow milk does that mean you want a vegan alternative or you specifically want milk thats not from a cow? If the latter I suggest goat milk, its delicious and they get treated a lot better than cows do. If its the former I would suggest rice milk, its the only vegan milk Ive tried that I truly enjoy and would sometimes rather have over dairy. Tastes really great with vanilla. The rest of the vegan milks Ive tried ranged from yuck to I would never drink this over dairy given the option but its not *that bad*.

Almond milk fortified with protein. Me and my ex used to get this nutmilk that had like 15g of protein per cup. Was really good. I think thats the name of the brand too "nutmilk"

Chocolate almond milk is my go-to.

My body can't handle dairy.

That being said, I rarely eat cereal.

Pretty much all the plant based milks I've tried (granted, not many) are decent for drinking and cereal IMO. They're different, but the nutty flavor can be nice. Probably depends on the type of cereal though. If it's something that's like honey or chocolate it would complement it nicely but fruity cereal could be gross.

They suck for cooking with but that doesn't sound like it's part of your concern
