You aren't allowed to tip fast food where I live. They're not allowed to accept it, I think thats the norm like everywhere just about.

You left out the part where you apparently looked the way for several counts of tax evasion by employees. Not exactly a glowing review of you in the industry.

I was a manager at a restaurant back in the 90's/2000's and every Monday morning we would check the tip reports. The servers knew exactly what to report so that their paychecks = ZERO.

They would report that they made $150 on a full work week, when everyone knew that they were pulling $600 to $700 a week in tips.

Complicit in tax fraud. Nice look.
