Mensis 05/27/21 10:27:22 PM #3:	Damn Im sorry to hear that, I have a long history with depression but fortunately havent had an episode in years and I suffer from constant anxiety which I am finally taking something for. Wish I could offer some suggestions on to make yourself feel better but I know how that headspace is. Just try your best to do things that typically relax you. As for me, Im doing good. I suffer from bipolar disorder, and even though my medication helps, I've been dealing with a lot lately, and today just kind of set me over the edge and I'm having myself a bit of a spiral. I'm ordering some food and going to play some video games to try and get out of my head. Is there a holiday this weekend? I hope the weather is good too; some of my favorite summer days were going to the pool with my friends and family. EclairReturns posted...
