It probably is and, at some point in the 50s or something, it was probably easier or safer to have attendants do it (or insurance reasons?) while they were doing the window wash and whatever other little jobs dudes in the 50s with little hats did. But everything gets offloaded onto consumers and it's still plenty weird a lulsy. If I'd never done it before, I'd probably feel nervous trying and I like imagining people from NJ/OR are also weenies and then imagining feeling superior to them. --- Please, call me Vanai.
