Could be wrong, but that's my takeaway. You can always talk to the landlord and see if they'll make an exception or maybe meet you halfway @ $50, especially if your rent is always on time and you don't have any complaints against you.

His reasoning is that he charges more for other units. Kind of shitty because how is that MY problem?
