It happeend in Florida when the kids armed themselves with the weapons along with a rifle and shot repeatedly at cops as they tried to persuade them to surrender Their behaviour is likened to a young "Bonnie and Clyde" stand off that only ended when Nicole was shot in the chest and showed her dropping to the ground and screaming in pain Travis surrendered after dropping his weapon and moving towards cops with his hand in the air They are now facing charges of attempted first degree murder of law enforcement officers and armed burglary. The man who owns the home said they broke into says he fears it was targeted because he had a sheriff's star hanging from his window and no one was home at he time Obrien appeared before juvenile court where a judge arraigned him until June 23 while Nicole has yet to be in court as she is in surgery for the gunshot wound Police released footage of the 30 minute standoff where they shouted to the kids to drop their guns as gunfire rang out as the kids then appeared to have swapped weapons during the gunfire before nicole was shot behind a trashcan.
