At least it's not Zoroark/Buzzwole/Brokenvoir GXs... Point is, those cards don't seem that busted from when I was last playing. But the game is pretty different from OG I guess.

I remember when everyone freaked out at Blaine's Arcanine getting a 120 damage attack. And the Neo Revelation Jumpluff getting 30 damage for 1 Grass energy.

Yeah, the last time I really paid attention to the TCG was all the way back during Gen 2, when Base Set Charizard was still the king (and Mewtwo for some odd reason was a weakling).

Looking at it now, Base Set Charizard is like a kitten in comparison.

it wasn't so much creep as it was a jump. when TPC took over from Wizards, they definitely increased the power levels. since then, it fluctuates, and there have been some pretty busted cards, but it's definitely not a constant trend.

Yup.

-You can destroy monsters up to 2 times.
-You burn your opponents life points each time.
-Your opponent cant target or destroy it.
-It can negate any 1 card your opponent activates during EITHER turn.
-It PERMANENTLY gains 1000 atk EVERY time it negates a card.
