Any word on charges against him? Because this is like, way beyond criminal conspiracy to commit felonies, or even aiding and abetting others in the commission of a felony.

Nearman faces two misdemeanor charges in connection to the incident, and could face expulsion from the Legislature if hes found to have breached workplace rules.

This kind of thing is going to continue to happen so long as the continue to treat it so laxly. Two misdemeanor charges? Really?

Given his position and therefore the pressure his allies can put on a judge for a reduced sentence, I'm doubting he'll have anything worse than fines and maybe removal from the legislature. Maybe.
