You are supposed to point the directional ring in the middle at the element totem you need to light up first, then shoot the ball through the matching element ring at the directional ring. Then reposition it pointing at the other totem and shoot again. I only did that for the fire ring so I wouldn't have to drag Amber out lol.

who should i slap this on? are all 5* weapons always better than all 4* weapons?

Swird is the last weapon type I need a 5* of. But, hey, mean theyve given me 3 Skyward Prides, though.

In most cases, 5*s are clearly superior to 4*s, just because they have very high base ATK stat. And a powerful passive ability on top of it. They're definitely always great to own.

Obviously there are exceptions, afaik 1.6 reaction rebalance made Stringless superior to everything else (even refined 5* bows) and I imagine other elemental mastery weapons might have become more important too?
Sacrificial weapons can be superior to 5*s when they're dependant on energy recharge or have very high cooldowns.

it works very well with qiqi cause her healing scales off attack.

and if built properly she can hit relatively hard with 2pc PF and 2pc BS.

Yeah, this is good too, but she probably benefits a lot from Sacrificial coz afaik her cooldown is too long.

Another prossibility, Ayaka Kamisato? I'm sure it will be good on her, but probably not the best in slot coz she's pure cryo damage.

Same, on my two accounts I've pulled it six times. Still don't even know what the Widsith looks like in-game and I'm not about to buy BP for the Solar Pearl. Trying out Dodoco tales now, it seems to be more consistent than the Eye.

It also works great on Jean for similar reasons. If you give her this plus a good physical damage boosting cup and artifact set, she can become a great main DPS who also heals like crazy.

I'd slap it on Qiqi or Bennett, then. Bennett's burst scales off his "base" attack only, which is his personal attack stat plus his weapon. Pretty sure that the Aquila has the highest attack stat of any 1-h sword in the game.

I think the new wind guy uses swords. Is the new guy any good? Is he the new venti? With Eula dps?

Why is the desire sensor real? I'm trying to buff Ventis EM and every substat on the good artifacts I'm getting all roll into CD/CR.

I'm pretty sure those don't apply to swirl.

Jean has that C6 Noelle thing going on where she's not amazing at any one thing but she's very good at everything.

She has surprisingly high DPS, she has good CC, she has reliable party healing, her ult charges quickly and is super useful. She's practically self-sustaining, too.

Just finished getting all the character bonus sets placed in my house and got all the applicable rewards, feels good man

then I promptly wasted all the money rolling artifacts ;_;

I completed all of the achievements for A Realm Beyond 2 and I haven't even finished 1 yet. I could hit rank 10 in a couple of days if I just bought a bunch of random stuff in the shop, but I guess I'm just being lazy about that.

On a separate note, I'm liking the R5 Dodoco Tales on Yanfei over the R4 Eye of Perception. The damage appears to be more consistent and the buff is entirely pyro, which I prefer.

How is that kind of double dip scaling okay?

Then again, Ayaka's burst apparently hits 20 times in 5sec for 4300% damage, is cryo (Blizzard set) and hits into Venti's burst. Ayaka's charged attack apparently hits into Venti's burst too. Leakers say she's just below Hu Tao and Ganyu, she's still getting some small improvements like wider skill radius.

Noelle's stat scaling is nutty as hell with high investment. And not in an "everyone is good at high investment" kind of way.

So I accidentally foddered off my Hu Taos Crimson Witch HP% goblet with only 12% Crit damage to the Gladiator HP% with both 7% Crit rate and 17% Crit damage. I then realized that Hu Tao lost the CWs second passive skill. Now I am trying to farm Crimson Witch hat with Crit rate main stat (dont even want Crit damage anymore) because she currently has Lavawalker

Currently reaching 66% Crit rate + 141% Crit damage but only 2 Pc Crimson Witch bonus :/

Apparently, as long as you understand how it works and can freeze an enemy for 2 seconds, her burst is incredibly overpowered

You're skipping steps. Step 1 is that the character is woefully underpowered and will suck compared to existing DPS characters and why the hell is Mihoyo so horrible at game balance. Then, we get to Step 2, in which the character is stupidly OP and powercreep is setting in and why the hell is Mihoyo so horrible at game balance. ;)
