That was me about a week ago. I found freezie pops help your throat and make the puke a little more tolerable. Idk if you have any; I got lucky that my roommate bought some the day before.

Sip your water slowly, you want it to essentially "leak" into your stomach. Last but not least; any form of mint you have will help settle the stomach. You're not going to be able to eat while this happens, but mint in any of its many forms will settle the stomach.

Also, a warm bath to relax the muscles in your abdomen. They're going to be sore from all the strain they're going through.
