Yeah, I used to work crisis response at a college and every once in a while a girl on drugs in various states of clothing would go on a rampage either on or off campus. You don't know if she's going to hurt herself or someone else. This isn't like an enf scene in a raunchy comedy movie. These people have likely thrown up on themselves, or have bumped on sharp things, tripped/crashed on things, and are usually bleeding somewhere.
