The Flaming Lips (Mark Hamill presented a 10th anniversary Sasquatch cake with the Ace of Cakes. Wayne Coyne threw a big chunk into the crowd. Mark Hamill followed suit and it hit me directly in the face. All while I was peaking on lysergic acid diethylamide)

Not a big fan, but they are still a talent, that's for sure. Festivals are so nuts with big acts playing at the same time. I probably didn't see them because I was at something else. I'll listen to the set since you're a big fan!

No, that would've been awesome. It's a terrible club (I hate clubs) but actually a great venue. I love the lowered pit, and oftentimes if you want out of the pit, you still have a great view of the band.

Also, I had slowed waaaaaaaay down by 2016 lol!

Santigold with Kila Kish opening (May 12, 2016 Vogue Theatre, Vancouver) - I danced on stage with Santigold and a bunch of folks during Creator!!!
Child Bite and King Parrot (Distrikt, Victoria) -inspiring screams from King Parrot
Gojira with Tesseract (Oct. 09, 2016, Vogue Theatre, Vancouver) -hard to put into words how amazing both bands were

In fact I am certain I did not.

I recently found some old posts of mine from a different board, from around 2009 or so. Including one where I apparently quoted the lyrics from a song I would absolutely swear that I've never heard before.

Clearly, the past has either been artificially created by strangers, or I've accidentally fallen into an alternate reality where a different version of me was posting about songs I've never heard, but they have.

Or all the posting I've done using various alts in different places actually created a legitimate split personality, and it was the other me that was posting.
