Everytime I done exams, there was always health issues affecting me. But this time there was no health issue, I think that is the reason I am taking my poor work in the exam really hard. I don't have any excuse, this is the first time

I didn't get sick the entire year or 2 years, I did everything in my power to pass, but my best wasn't good enough.

I know how to study now thanks to some members helping, but I find it hard to stay calm. It is funny the only one I don't respect and the only person I insult is myself.

I think it is better I take a break from GameFAQs, I am literally here refreshing the page to see if my thread gets post.

I better go out for a bit and clear my head. To make sure I don't get tempted to post, I will log out of all my device of GameFAQs and I won't be writing until I am better.

So every time you take tests you have health issues that you feel effects your score.
You recently took a test and can say with confidence that you didn't have health issues when you took this one but still failed. Am I reading this right?

So with that understanding, maybe it never was the health issues or maybe you just had a bad day when you took this test. But as you said, you can pre-emptively try to head off those problems by studying hard for the stuff you don't know. Being sick or having a bad day will for sure hinder your ability to do well on the test but if you know that's always an ongoing issue with you then you have to do everything else in your power to counteract that bad luck/health.

Regarding the waiting for replies. That's on you. But if your self esteem or "how your day went" is dependent on replies to a post on a dying video game message board you probably should look at getting some mental help.

I logged back to get to this thread.

Before I used to get sick very often, before it was common for me to get infections and get affected with headaches and sinus infection.
It was common for me to miss work also since I used to get sick often.

What changed was my treatment, since I been doing immunotherapy two years ago I havent got sick. I havent got any infection or any cold at all. I havent got any headaches or sinus infection at all.
I havent missed work in two years.

This time it wasnt bad luck or health problem, I just plain didnt know some materials.
I know this failure shows me what I need to learn, but it doesnt make it any easier to accept it.

My teacher says I shouldnt worry and I shouldnt be too hard on myself since some materials we didnt cover in class.

I am just tired of failing, I am tired of working minimum wage for all these years all because I had to struggle with my health. I am better health wise now but I still think I have wasted too much time.

I should have got all my qualifications when I was a full time students in college got all my GCSE and A Level and gone to University with all my friends, instead I was a complete failure battling with many health issues.

My problem is I cant blame anyone, the only one I can blame is myself.

I just hate how I am the only one who is old that isnt successful in life yet, while everyone I know have been successful, got all their qualifications, high end jobs, family, etc, all at a young age.

I dont believe it is a good idea to try and find a relationship while studying.
I still live with my parents, I dont make enough money to be able to move out.

I know I will get there eventually being successful, but this wait is annoying. I am thinking of what to do with my life once I have everything I need.

You're under NO obligation to answer these questions but:
1) How old are you?
2) Needing immunotherapy makes it seem like it's actually a decently seriously medical condition but I'm not a doctor so what do I know. What is wrong with you?

I don't see why this has to be the case. People need friends and companionship. If you meet someone it will probably be at school so you both would have that in common. Some days your "dates" might just be sitting around a table with both of you studying, but it's still good for your mental health.

Reading your post if I had to guess I would say you're 18-20. I'm telling you as someone who is 36 now, don't stress it too much. You don't need to have your life totally planned out because the moment something bad happens it could potentially change all of those plans.

I am 32 years old
My problem was my allergies was really strong, that it was affecting my immune system. I was given many medication, but no treatment used to work. I was given steroid medicine at one point, but even that didnt work. I was given many different type of nasal spray but that didnt work.

Since nothing else was working then a doctor recommended me to do immunotherapy, since everything else didnt work.

At the moment my physical health has been fine.

I wish I was in my 18-20 if I was in those age then I wouldnt be in a rush to be successful.

In private class I am the oldest, everyone else are in their teen age so relationship isnt possible there. I am the only adult in class.

When I used to be a full time student, I used to think how cool it would be to get a girlfriend. I only tried once which wasnt successful, then I though I better just focus on my studying.
When I failed college, I said to myself I wouldnt try to get girlfriend until I get all the qualifications I need. It been a decade at least since I said that and kept my word in that.

Okay got ya. Sorry for underguessing your age.

It's good you're going to school to hopefully give you more skills to get a better job. There's still places out there that will give you an okay salary that are pretty "low skill". I worked at a major health insurance carrier for a few years and started on the phones talking to members. There was for sure some upward mobility there which I took advantage of. I hated almost every minute of that job, but it gave me experience to start working in other "professional office setting" type of places.

But when I think of "low skill jobs to start with that aren't fast food" there's a bunch of stuff that comes to mind. Work for the State Government as a typist or something to start out with. Or any job with a phone center. Secretarial positions aren't bad if you can keep organized. Any local colleges/community colleges hiring?

People hear no/low skill and only ever think of Walmart or fast food.

And it sounds kind of weird, but I didn't feel like I "became an adult" until I was 32 or 33. I always kind of fly by the seat of my pants and didn't give much thought to the future and then one day I woke up and it was different. Don't feel bad because you think it's taken too long or it hasn't happened yet.

And I stand by my statement that there shouldn't be a problem dating and taking classes at the same time. But it really is up to you and what you feel you can handle. There's no shame in Tinder or OK Cupid or any number of dating apps.

On a side note I really only check this website during down times at work which I am done with for the day. I'll look for responses tomorrow.

Dont worry it is hard to determine someone age by post alone.

Basically i work and after work I go to class to study. Some days I got to Tai Chi for class to relax.

I gained many experience about computers on my job, how to create websites and how to check if everything works good.

I dont believe any college are hiring and where I live there is only 1 college. There is 1 University but they are not hiring.

I will try to be patient and remain calm. My problem is when I get jealous I tend to blame myself for my life not turn out so good.

As for dating I dont know how to get one. I havent asked anyone out since that one time in college a decade ago or two decades ago. Although sadly she wasnt interested in me.
As for dating apps I havent thought of that.
