I don't believe in weight loss as a fitness goal. That being said, I've lost 15 pounds in three weeks, and thought that was impressive.

Same here. But I went on a premature cutting phase because I'm going to the beach in a week.

Sometimes I comment but mostly about running. Just got back from 6.5 miles. Now chilling on my balcony with some coffee and my cat

Thanks for making these when they purge. I find them useful as at least some kind of blog.

Week in review:
Diet went great. Down 12 lbs in 2 weeks. Puts me at 205. For a bit the loss was at an alarming rate but that was because I ran out of creatine. It seems to have leveled out. I usually do a 6 week cut but I'll reevaluate after I hit 200lbs and try to take it week by week from there.

Lifts went great. Switched bent over rows to alternating sumo rows where I put my other arm on my knee as support. I got it from an athleanX video and it should stop me from hurting myself in the future so I'd like to make it permanent. My back is at like 95% so I'm very pleased on that. Db bench I got 90s up for a set of 7 which is a pr. Had to drop the weight down afterwards but still very happy. My technique for getting into position is getting better.

Had a bad brain day today. Was feeling good about the gym and stuff and then caught a photo of myself from behind and thought I looked terrible and old.

Just gotta keep at it. Slow and steady progress.

I'm not good at keeping up with these, but I'll join in.

Been lightly cutting down for a couple of months. Working on getting squats back to a reasonable level. Can't get too crazy though because too much of a change and I either end up with knee, low back, or both pain.

I'm still pondering when exactly I want to start attempting more dumbbell bench/incline with the 105s; I've never done it on incline.
