On the computer is an interface that summarizes the most horrible thing a CEmen in the room has done. Every 10 minutes, a poll shows up on the computer to vote for a CEmen to die. The person with the most votes (as long as it exceeds 1 vote) dies. In 60 minutes, the chains are removed and everyone that is still alive is free to leave the room.
