Former President Hog, Trump was on Fox News Wednesday night about his concerns on giving vaccines to young people after news reports of them suffering adverse effects such as heart inflammation insisting the campaign to vaccinate kids to STOP and should ONLY be used for people who need it and not healthy people as the MRNA effects are coming out and more will come if they vaccinate all ages!!

The CDC has since recommended all ages 12 and up to get vaccinated against the virus after more than 400 kids have died from it and tens of thousands hospitalized.

Yet Trump said he is not confident if children would benefit from it claiming "We have to get back into schools, they have to get open. And frankly, we are lucky we have the vaccine, but the vaccine on the very young people is someting that you've got to really stop. I am a big believer in what we did with the vaccine, it is incredible what we did. You see the reuslts. But to have every child, where it is 99.99%, they just don't you know, they are just not affected or affected badly, having to receive a vaccine, i think it is something that you should start thinking about because i think it is unnecessary"

He said he felt vindicated by stopping flights in the early days of the pandemic from china and then europe and claims the leak did happen at a Wuhan lab but on "accident"..at least he hopes.

Trump has known to have anti-vaxx views back in 2008 claiming once that they caused AUTISM among children. He said then "When i was growing up, autism wasn't really a factor. And now all of a sudden, it's an epidemic. My theory is the shots. We're giving these massive injects at one time and i think it does something ot the children".

He since changed his tune since the pandemic but has not publicly endorsed it to his followers as he may still harbour these views and again today after his statement on not vaccinating kids

The United States has hit a vaccine wall as only half the population is fully vaccinated and herd immunity will not be reached

Considering that children aren't at much risk anyway, does it necessarily make a lot of sense? The initial concern with kids was as a transmission vector, but with vaccinated parents, that stops being an issue. And if there was a preponderance of concern about parents getting infected despite being vaxxed, then that doesn't suggest vaxxing kids is all that useful.

That or give them the non-MRNA vaccine... well, for the boys anyway. I guess the Janssen still has the chance of a clotting with girls in that bracket (unless they're too young to be affected?)
