Any cop that is not vaccinated is going to be arrested by their vaccinated coworkers

That sounds pretty good and seems like what should be done. We should also be required to register our political beliefs and sexual orientation. If people don't comply then life in prison.

No unless they deliberately and knowingly expose people to Covid with the intent to get them ill and someone dies or something like that.

Prison time and/or fines and/or loss of certain privileges or services? Yes

Require those who willingly don't get vaccinated (ie: not those who have medical reasons) to live under full lockdown conditions. No leaving the house unless it's for essentials, must work from home, etc. If they violate these rules, at that point consider prison. Death penalty for this kinda seems overkill.

Honestly though, I'd rather they just like genetically engineer a fuckload of mosquitos to deliver the vaccine or some shit like that. Or make a harmless but highly contagious virus that carries the vaccine. Something like that. Maybe a tad more realistic though.

No, they should be free to stay home until the time they choose to cooperate with society. This isn't Rapture. The whole society thing kind of falls apart without some give-and-take. Your personal choices go out the window if they affect anyone else.
