An 18 year old in 2021 is going to look as mature if not moreso than a 20 year old from the 1970's. EDIT: The last part, I found out of a book, "Boys Adrift", written by Leonard Sax, M.D. Ph.D. analyzing why there's a growing trend of boys devoid of all ambition.
