Yeah, Forza lies. I'm on Highly Skilled just to be able to complete the Seasonal races but I am definitely not winning easily.

I remember when Pillars of Eternity would always tell me "You're a really high level for this Act's content, do you want us to upscale all the enemies?"

And I was like, "Bitch, why do you think I did all that grinding in the first place? I'm here to curbstomp your boss fights into the mud. Now shut up and wheel out the scrubs."

I actually found it kind of annoying that Pillars of Eternity 2 gives you the option to automatically upscale enemies to your level, but no option to downscale more powerful enemies down to your level. Because I'd rather have the latter than the former.
