I've only had it with chicken and never made it myself. Don't see why not. I guess the Chorizo might overpower some of the flavors you would typically expect out of a paella

I think adding only small amounts of it would better balance the taste. Then again, I can't speak for all cooks.

Depends on the chorizo, not to sound like a snob but i dont really care for cheap supermarket chorizo, its one of the few things i pay a premium for.

Good cause there are a lot of supermarkets that only make chorizo out of pork that is about to expire
