49.99 price match to GameStop from Walmart. Got a game to trade in for 30ish. Have my monthly 5 dollar coupon and 10 bucks in cash that have been sitting in my cup holder for months. Might make it worth itbut then I feel like Im gonna be disappointed with it

If you have liked the previous titles and like a single player story mode with the added bonus of party play then Mario Golf is for you.

I like it a lot but I also like golf games a lot so Im a bit biased

It has the same problem that Mario Tennis Aces had. The core gameplay is really fun, the lack of content and modes (compared to past installments) is noticeable, but the content problem will be fixed later on with free DLC. I'm still enjoying it a lot, but it might be worth waiting a few months before getting it if you're concerned about the content problem.

I played with a friend of mine just now and had a good time. I'm trying to figure out how the unlocks work though. Hoping for alternate outfits like in Aces.

Decent game, not worth the $60 at the moment though. If you're doing a trade in, it might be worth it. I've probably put 5-6 hours into it and just grinding EXP for my Mii so I can start working on character points with the Mario roster.
