I've written out my comments for revision, but I have to rate it based on "award quality." I've emailed my advisor for advice, but I was curious if anybody had any input since I know some academics are on here.
The big thing here is I'm not sure what "award" would mean in this context, or really how to determine how likely a paper would win one. 3 is "average paper/not likely award caliber", 5 is "exceptional/award quality." Anybody else seen this before? --- <insert sig here> ... Copied to Clipboard!
