So I have like a bunch of frozen tilapia (eh) fillets in the freezer. I fried em, broiled em, baked em. Even cooked em in the pan chopped em up and mixed it with some noodles and broccoli. Was good.
But I want fish stew Delicious fishes How would you make it? What kind of stock should I use as base? I feel like clam juice is a must-include, and some citrus. What about fish sauce? What seasonings? And should I also pick up potatoes, carrots, maybe corn, and some type of legume? I've literally never made stew before. Closest I've come was chili Curious to hear what the actual good cooks here have to say --- Hairistotle. Mike is fine too He/him ... Copied to Clipboard!

Oh also
Should I pick up some mollusks or something to stick in there like clams or mussels. Maybe even grab an arm and chop it and toss it in? --- Hairistotle. Mike is fine too He/him ... Copied to Clipboard!
