What kind?

My ears get plugged 2-3 times a year.

Used to go to the local urgent care to flush them out but ever since I bought Dr Elephant, pretty much the same thing they use at urgent care, I've saved $100+ a trip

I think I cleared out both my ears, but I feel like I can hear out the right one better, and it's bugging me.

I tried again with the left one just in case but barely anything came out

that sounds terrifying

the one I use is peroxide drops that break up the wax over about ten minutes with your head tilted, then a bulb to spray water in and flush it all out

its frustrating because it can take like 20 tries sometimes but its soooo satisfying when it finally gets all that junk out

Debrox kits work well. Carbamide peroxide and a bulb syringe. There was a time where my right ear was clogged to the point of complete blockage, and I had to massage the ear to get some kind of opening during work hours. Ended up going through two days of ear wax removal using the Debrox kit. The last day, I squeezed the hell out of the bulb to blast my ear with water, and a massive ball of wax dropped in the sink. Felt way better after that.

This @Derwood Youre just pushing it further in and adding fluff from the cotton bud/Q tip.

I use cotton swabs for my ears every couple weeks or so. I don't put it in deeply. It works best right after a shower.

One time I had stopped because I listened to advice claiming that the ear is self-cleaning and that it isn't necessary. Well, my ear had so much build-up after a while that I could barely hear out of it. I had to use drops to break up the wax and then a flared syringe with water to clear it out. When I finally got the chunks out, I could hear clearly and felt so much better.

Debrox. It's what I've always used. I've been to the emergency room once for clogged ears because I woke up one day having no clue what was going on.

Buy Debrox! Use the drops to break the wax up and use the syringe to blast it to hell.

The drops? I'd only use a few.
The syringe? You have to be careful because you can really fuck up your balance if you overuse it.

Just use a Bobby pin. Pull it apart a bit to seperate the curve end. Stick it deep in your ear carefully and scrape it gently. Pull it out and use a napkin. It feels oh so damn good when you are scraping the inner walls. Just do it slowly and enjoy the itchy relief.

I go to an ENT every 4 months to get them cleaned. Gotta love Canada and that not costing me a damn.

They literally have a vacuum system that cleans them out.

I ordered it thanks for sharing the link

Gonna try it with a peroxide and water mix. My ears have been ringing more the past couple of weeks. Could be earwax build up. I do have tinnitus but not to the extent im hearing these days. I usually dont notice it until its completely quiet but now i can hear it while the a/c is humming

Yep, just make sure the water isn't too cold cause it can make you dizzy, or too hot for oobvious reasons

I usually just use water but sometimes I'll go 1/4 peroxide-3/4 water mix

I had my ears vacuumed once and I will never do it again. It felt like I was being stabbed in the ears. And when the doctor was done I still couldn't hear. It turned out it was because my ears were bleeding because he basically ripped the wax out and it tore off skin. I had to use medicine on my ears for weeks. And I guess I finally could hear many weeks later when it healed..... I don't understand that precedure

It's very obvious. You feel pressure in your ear like it's full of something. And you can't hear
