And I'm taught that Kraft American Singles (or Borden, or any other national brand) are actually "pasteurized processed cheese food" and don't qualify for WIC because they're technically not real cheese. WIC purchases have to be stuff like Kraft Deli Deluxe, you know, where the slices aren't individually wrapped, but are actual cheese.
