After a tiny bit of thought, I wonder how Valentina even found out about that though. Or if she just really wants Clint dead for some reason, came up with a bullshit excuse and just happened to be really close to the truth by complete coincidence.

I didn't stick around. When I saw plain text with no background for the credits, I assumed there wouldn't be a post-credits scene.

To be honest, I was kinda bored with the last third of the movie. 90% of the good action is in the first half. I was ready to get out of there.

Valentina, the lady who hired John Walker at the end of Falcon and Winter Soldier, tells Yelena that Hawkeye killed Natasha so she'll go after him.

I do agree that the action was better in the first half of the movie though

I think it's safe to assume Rhodes had to debrief the government on every little thing that happened. I don't think the general public knows outside the general summary seen at the Smithsonian, but people in the government do.
