HE did the adult thing and was thinking about the greater good over his personally feelings. I feel like Rick And Morty is more about setting up ridiculous premises nowadays, than letting the characters organically bounce off the strange situations they find themselves in. And its to the shows detriment. This new one was too over the top. Just chaotic and wacky. And the subtext about men not listening to women felt shoehorned in.
