Regular HD Cloud for indoor environments. Semi-resolution Cloud for battles (blank expression/no face would have been funny during battles, and ominous tbh). Super HD Cloud for special cutscenes. Take the original hand-drawn avatars/art and animate them for cool stuff during the menus. They tried this already with Advent Children & the style of many FF games since then.
