Oh sure, I know there are decent mods, but when I get modded for saying "if people don't want to be called Nazis then they shouldn't be Nazis" and I'm told "don't call users Nazi's (sic) unwarrantedly" it just makes me laugh a bit.

It isn't specifically, but the right likes to take vulnerable white boys that are heavily insecure and give them a "place they can fit in." Of course they don't really care, they just want more bodies to spread their disease.

If agree, but it's the same as anti-vac or similar failure groups - the left denies them and the right accepts them, pulling them to the right. There also a certain level of misogyny inherent in the incel philosophy (red pill or whatever) that flows into the toxic fake-macho persona the right loves.
I'm not saying all incels are right wing or that the right wing is full of incels, but incels definitely skew to the right.
