Im a mailman in Australia. I stopped at one address and one of the two dogs squeezed through the fence and bit my leg.
Thankfully its not really bad, but I did go to the hospital and get a tetanus shot and some antibiotics. The dog has been annoying me for a while. It would put its head through the fence, so I have been keeping my distance. I guess today it was extra determined to bite me, so it did. Right after it happened, I called the ranger to get them do deal with the dog. A few hours ago I gave a formal statement to them about the attack. After they do their investigation, the owner are supposed to get a $400 fine. If this isnt the first incident with that dog, there are harsher penalties.

Im not very good with dog types, but it looked a bit like a blue heeler, except orange and white.
