Spoilers maybe?
I have been playing JRPGs for the past 25 years, and I can count on my hand the JRPGs I have spent over 100 hours on, however, I to this game, I don't think I have ever played a JRPG with a "100 hour story". Trails of Cold Steel is now that game. No other game I have ever played has had a single player experience, not counting post game or NG+ content that has lasted longer. The Trails series is notable for having a very long narrative that prevents people from getting into it, but holy shit, I am near the climax of the game, and I don't want it to end, but I'm getting the 100% completion achievements one by one, and finally I'm right in front of the point of no return. For years, I've had Trails in the Sky SC in my top 5 games, but I think finally, Cold Steel 4 has usurped that right. The second longest Trails game for me was Cold Steel 3 at 99 hours played. I do not know why we don't see more games like this. Thank you for listening to my Ted Talk. --- You're a regular Jack Kerouac Reality is overrated ... Copied to Clipboard!

You dont know why you dont see more games stretched from 2 to 4 purely so they can have characters meet for 90% of the time and hint at mysteries for 60+ hours, or
