That one's not a trick question. They name the slides that go into the projector and there's an entity living in the one they call Temple. Polaris isn't from that slide.

That's it. It's used in more areas than you seem to believe. Notably, it's used in the Shinra mansion when Sephiroth learns about his heritage and during the Reunion when Cloud gives him the Black Materia. I'm pretty sure it's also just used as his general theme though obviously that means it's usually used more for the fake-Sephiroth Jenova. I was surprised when I played the original because One Winged Angel gets all the hype, but it's only used at the end whereas Those Chosen By the Planet is used throughout.
