Wouldn't the cases that have a glass front panel (and even top panel) such as the one below restrict airflow? I'm just looking for a case similar to this that has a tempered glass side and is relatively quiet with good airflow.

Yes but not really. I'd suggest looking into Gamers nexus on youtube. They go HEAVY into explaining airflow and good vs bad case design with that in mind.
