ninkendo 07/20/21 4:38:57 AM #1:	https://www.nintendolife.com/news/2021/07/dragon_quest_xii_could_shape_the_next_10_to_20_years_of_the_series In the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu, Square Enix's president and CEO Yosuke Matsuda has mentioned how it could potentially pave the way for the series' direction over the next 10 - 20 years: Dragon Quest XII is being developed taking into account the next 10 to 20 years of the Dragon Quest series... There are parts that remain consistent with the traditional image of Dragon Quest, but new elements are also necessary. After all, as a brand we always need to innovate. Very excited to see these changes that Yuji Horii is gonna make. Or at least that's what I'm hoping! I like 8 and the 2/3 acts of 11 Ive played, but still feel like they could improve stuff.
